EXPENSES FOR BEACH REACH = Registration + Housing

Registration:

Registration: $150 per person for all participants (Students, leaders, etc.). Includes:

Meals (Lunch Sun - Dinner Thursday)
Ministry Supplies
T-Shirt and Hooded Sweatshirt  

Housing:

Housing Costs range from $90 to $240 per person for the week, depending on housing choice. Housing is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis starting Sept. 8, 2026.

Bridge Church Bunkhouse
(Port Isabel) - $90 per person ($15 deposit per person) - (30 guys, 30 girls)
Holiday Inn Resort - $996 - ($166 deposit per room) - Sleeps 4 (30 Rooms Available)
Suites at Sunchase – $1,059 - ($177 deposit per room) – Sleeps 6 (30 Rooms Available)

Waiting on Confirmation:
Casa Bella Inn - $948 (158 deposit per room) Sleeps 4 (or 5 with twin air mattress) (20 Rooms Available)
Best Western - $798 - ($133 deposit per room) - Sleeps 4 (25 Rooms Available)
Comfort Suites - $1,134 - ($189 deposit per room) - Sleeps 6 (25 Rooms Available)

Registration Process:

Registration will officially begin on Tuesday, September 8, at 12:00 Noon. Housing will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, determined by the day and time your deposit is paid.
            * Early registrations will not be accepted.

Step 3CLICK HERE to pay a deposit equal to the first night of housing (the nightly rate X number of rooms).

*If you use a credit card you will be responsible for the 3% transaction fee
