EXPENSES FOR BEACH REACH = Registration + Housing
Registration:
Registration: $150 per person for all participants (Students, leaders, etc.). Includes:
Meals (Lunch Sun - Dinner Thursday)
Ministry Supplies
T-Shirt and Hooded Sweatshirt
Housing:
Housing Costs range from $90 to $240 per person for the week depending on housing choice. Housing is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis starting Sept. 9, 2024.
Bridge Church Bunkhouse (Port Isabel) - $90 per person ($15 deposit per person) - (30 guys, 30 girls)
Holiday Inn Resort - $996 - ($166 deposit per room) - Sleeps 4 (20 Rooms Available)
Casa Bella Inn - $948 (158 deposit per room) Sleeps 4 (or 5 with twin air mattress) (20 Rooms Available)
Suites at Sunchase – $1,059 - ($177 deposit per room) – Sleeps 6 (25 Rooms Available)
Best Western - $798 - ($133 deposit per room) - Sleeps 4 (25 Rooms Available)
* Comfort Suites – Not confirmed yet…last year’s cost: $1,133 - ($189 deposit per room) – Sleeps 6
* Cabanas at Isla Blanca Park - Not currently available due to construction. Will keep you posted.
Registration Process:
Registration will officially begin on Monday, September 9 at 12:00 Noon. Housing will be assigned on a first come first served basis determined by the day and time your deposit is paid.
* Early registrations will not be accepted.

Step 2 – Register your Group: (Registration Opens September 8 @ Noon)

Step 3 – CLICK HERE to pay a deposit equal to the first night of housing (the nightly rate X number of rooms).
*Please make sure to use the electronic check option rather than a credit card
*If you use a credit card you will be responsible for the 3% transaction fee
Important Dates and Deadlines:
September 8 - Registration opens at 12:00 noon (Deposit due at registration)
December 5 - Planning Meeting at DBU and on Zoom (Optional)
January 30 - Deadline to cancel for full refund
February 6 - Apparel Form and 1/2 of Registration Fee Due
February 23 - Final Participant Form and 1/2 of Registration Fee
February 27 - Rooming Lists and Final Payment
